The experience

From Kristiansund to the Atlantic Road

We pick you up at the cruise terminal and drive you straight out to one of Norway's most photographed coastal roads.

At the Atlantic Road you have time to explore. Walk the scenic path by the bridge, take in the ocean views and photograph the coast. Fishing rods and guidance are ready for anyone who wants to try — and skipping the fishing is just as fine.

There is a kiosk on site for soft-serve ice cream, waffles and coffee, and toilets are available. Food and drink are not included in the tour price.

On the way back we stop for about 30 minutes at Kvernes Stave Church, then drive you back to the ship.

Built around 1631–1633. You get a guided introduction to its history and interior — with information in English, German and Norwegian — and time to walk the grounds and take photographs.
